FAQ / Returns / Exchanges

Appointments: Shop in person at our flagship store, Birdie Bridal in Azle, Texas. We also carry select styles at our Fort Worth Stockyards location. Please contact the Stockyards location prior to booking on current collection stock to ensure the dresses are at that location before booking at Staockyards@birdiehelp.com

-Our Standard Delivery time is anywhere from 4-6 months. Rush options are available, but times vary from dress to dress. Please email us at TheSparrowBridal@gmail.com to check a specific RUSH delivery timeline.

-Just like any formalwear, alterations are typically necessary. Be sure to go to a seamstress in your area that specializes in bridal and formalwear.

Birdie Bridal – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Birdie Bridal, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Made-to-Order

    • All wedding dresses are made to order. Production begins once my order is placed, and I understand that no changes can be made after confirmation. 

    • I understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL after placing my order as the dress is being made in my size and color choice . 

    • Delivery Date - I agree to the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase. While Birdie Bridal will make every effort to meet this date, unforeseen circumstances may cause minor delays. I understand that I should be purchasing my wedding dress with a 4-6 month delivery time.

  2. Measurements & Alterations

    • I confirm that I have provided or approved my measurements at the time of order.

    • I understand that alterations are almost always required for the perfect fit and are my responsibility.

    • Alterations are not included in the purchase price of the dress.
